Building CloudMSG: How We Automated Client WhatsApp Communication In-House

We never set out to become a software product company. We started as a digital agency helping client businesses build websites and run search campaigns.

However, as our clients grew, we kept bumping into the same operational software hurdles: 1. Third-party WhatsApp tools were expensive, hard to configure, and kept getting banned. 2. Sales staff missed prospective lead callbacks because inquiries were trapped in CSV files. 3. Call tracking software did not work reliably with local Indian telecom networks.

Building CloudMSG, PixaCall, and LeadDesk#

Instead of recommending third-party platforms that failed in daily operations, we decided to engineer our own solutions from scratch.

1. CloudMSG An enterprise WhatsApp Cloud API gateway built for zero-downtime message dispatching, automated template sync, and inquiry chatbot routing.

2. PixaCall An automated cloud telephony system that routes incoming customer calls directly to available staff mobiles while recording logs and response times.

3. LeadDesk A clean, simple lead management board built for regional sales teams to track inquiry status from first click to final deal closure.
